Can I customize the LED colors or patterns?

Definitely! Our product uses TUYA smart tech with full RGBIC lighting, meaning millions of color combinations. You can even sync it to music, voice commands (Alexa/Google), or adjust it through your phone using the Tuya app.

What materials are used in the product?

iVOG PHOENIX is made from eco-friendly MDF, recyclable glass vase, luxury textured paint, and features a stainless-steel golden strip. No plastic is used in the final design. Only used a Spacer of Thermocol but for our long run production we are going to use plant based foam.

How big is the iVOG PHOENIX and what means by iVOG?

Dimensions are approximately if you stand in front of the design it is 978mm from top to bottom and 578mm from left to right and 32mm from front to back. So its like 978mmX578mmX32mm. It's slim and wall-mounted, perfect for both home and office décor for a Hotel room to gaming room, it suits any indoor place and iVOG means Ivory & Gold.

Can I change the flowers in the vase?

Yes! The glass vase is removable and reusable, allowing you to pick your own flowers or refresh it with seasonal decor.

Is the wall decor easy to install?

Yes! We've designed iVOG PHOENIX to be slim, lightweight, and easy to hang - just like a picture frame. You'll receive simple mounting instructions with your order.

Is there an on/off switch?

Yes - the app provides full control. You can turn it on/off, schedule timers, adjust brightness, and switch modes all from your phone. But there is also an on and off switch on the module at the bottom of the decor.
