WALDEC CREATIONS — RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Waldec Creations, every piece is handcrafted, CNC‑machined, and produced with precision and care. Each piece is tested and setup before ready to send it you, our return policy is designed to protect both our craftsmanship and our customers.
1. No Change‑of‑Mind Returns (Strict Policy)
We do not accept returns or provide refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Deciding you no longer want the item
- Ordering the wrong size, colour, or design
- Not liking the style after receiving it
Our CNC panels and décor pieces are made in small batches or custom‑cut, and cannot be resold without significant loss.
2. 30‑Day Return Window (Defective Items Only)
We offer a 30‑day return period, but only for defective or damaged items.
To be eligible, the item must be:
- In the same condition you received it
- Unused and uninstalled
- In original packaging
- With proof of purchase
Returns for any reason other than defects will not be accepted.
3. How to Start a Return
To request a return for a defective item, contact us at:

Please include:
- Order number
- Photos of the defect
- Photos of the packaging
- A brief description of the issue
Items sent back without approval will not be accepted.
4. Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If your item is:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Incorrect
Contact us within 48 hours so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We will replace the item or repair it — refunds are not offered for defects.
5. Exceptions / Non‑Returnable Items
We do not accept returns for:
- Custom CNC products
- Made‑to‑order items
- Personalized designs
- Sale items
- Gift cards
These items are final sale due to their handcrafted and custom nature.
We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases (not applicable to most of your products, but kept for compliance).
6. Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for change of mind.
If your item is defective and approved for replacement, we will send a new one at no cost.
7. European Union 14‑Day Cooling‑Off Period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you may cancel within 14 days for any reason.
However, this does not apply to:
- Custom CNC items
- Personalized designs
- Made‑to‑order products
These are exempt under EU law.
8. Refunds (Defective Items Only)
Once we receive and inspect your defective return, we will notify you of approval.
If approved:
- A replacement will be sent
- Or a refund will be issued (only if replacement is not possible)
Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed, contact us at info@waldeccreations.com.
9. What Is NOT Considered a Defect
Because our products are handcrafted and CNC‑machined, the following are normal and not eligible for return:
- Minor CNC tolerances
- Natural wood grain variations
- Slight colour differences due to lighting or screens
- LED brightness variations
- Minor surface imperfections from natural materials
These characteristics are part of the handmade nature of our products.
10. Shipping Damage
If your item is damaged during shipping:
- Notify us within 48 hours
- Provide photos of the damage and packaging
We will lodge a courier claim and send a replacement once approved.
11. Return Shipping (If Approved)
If your return is approved:
- We will send a prepaid return label
- You must follow the return instructions provided
- Items returned without approval will not be accepted
