At Waldec Creations, every product is handcrafted with precision and care. For Shipping we use NZ Post Track & Trace, New Zealand’s most trusted and reliable courier service, to ensure your order arrives safely and on time.

This Shipping Policy explains how and when your order will be delivered.


1. Processing Times

  • Standard processing time: 7- 10 business days for USA
  • Custom or made‑to‑order items: May require additional time
  • Peak seasons: Processing may be slightly longer

Processing time is separate from shipping time.


2. Shipping Methods (NZ Post Track & Trace)

All orders are shipped using:

NZ Post Courier

Track & Trace included

Reliable nationwide delivery

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A tracking number
  • A link to follow your parcel’s journey
  • Delivery updates directly from NZ Post

3. Estimated Delivery Times

New Zealand (Urban): 1–3 business days

New Zealand (Rural): 2–5 business days

Australia: 5–10 business days

Rest of World: 7–15 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather, customs, or peak periods.


4. Shipping Delays

Once your parcel is handed to NZ Post, delivery is outside our control.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • NZ Post processing
  • Weather events
  • Customs inspections
  • Incorrect addresses
  • High‑volume periods

However, we will always assist you in tracking your parcel if needed.


5. Shipping Damage

If your item arrives damaged:

  • Contact us within 48 hours
  • Provide photos of the damage and packaging
  • Provide your order number

We will lodge a claim with NZ Post and arrange a replacement.

Refunds are not provided for shipping damage — replacements only.


6. Lost Parcels

A parcel is considered “lost” only when NZ Post confirms it cannot be located.

If NZ Post declares your parcel lost:

  • We will send a replacement at no cost
  • Refunds are not issued for lost parcels unless a replacement is not possible

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

If a parcel is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Incomplete address
  • Customer not collecting the parcel

The customer is responsible for:

  • Re‑delivery fees
  • Any return shipping costs

No refunds will be issued for failed deliveries.


8. International Shipping

We ship internationally using NZ Post International services.

Customers are not responsible for:

  • Customs duties
  • Import taxes
  • Local clearance fees

The shipping will come to your door without any trouble
